What is the difference between OEM and Retail Box packaging?

Retail version of software is a full version of the software which will include the installation disc(s), Certificate of Authenticity (if manufacturer provides), and product key code/serial number (if necessary). OEM software does not come in a retail box, doesn't include printed manuals. Time and efforts on downloading the software is the only difference between the two versions on software and functions.

How are you able to sell your software at such low prices?

We are not under contract with or "authorized" to sell on behalf of any particular software manufacturer. As a result, we are able to sell our products significantly below the MSRP and pass those savings on to you!

Is there a need to register on the manufacturer's website?

You are not able to register the software online with the manufacture as it is a download version with built-in OEM activator and the license works on our download version only. But please rest assured all our products are legal and fully-functional.

When will I get the purchased software?

All software is delivered digitally. We will send the download software to your email with the download link, license info plus instructions on how to install the software after payment goes through, usually in 20 minutes during but might be delayed on weekends. Please make sure you have entered correct and working email address before sending us the payment.

What payment types are accepted by your website?

What if something wrong with the software? Will I be able to get a refund?

Products are non-refundable once activated and we offer free technical assistance for any problems. However, in the case of unsolvable problems with your software, you can get a refund or replacement software (it's up to you which product to choose as replacement).

Yes, all our products are full commercial versions. 2010-2015 comes with perpetual licenses and 2017 are all subscriptions.

Do you ship your software on disks?

No, all our products are download versions instead of desk versions and we take digit delivery. But original download file can be burned into a CD for back-up.

What currency is on your website?

All prices on our website are quoted in US dollars (USD), you may also find price in other currencies (EURO, GB Pound, Canadian Dollar, Australia Dollar) with the currency convertor in our site.

Is there any additional charge for software?

All listed prices exclude any transaction fees charged by your credit card provider. Even though prices are stated in your local currency, this transaction may constitute an international transaction, since you are purchasing from an Autodesk-approved e-commerce reseller. Will I be able to download purchased software in the future again (in case PC crash)?

Sure, download link will always be valid. You may also contact us for free technical assistance if it doesn't work.

On how many computers can I install purchased software?

The license is standalone and could be loaded on one machine only. We offer special discount for orders over 2 seats.

How to determine what type (32-bit or 64-bit) of software will work on my computer?

Contact us and we will guide you on how to find out what your computer's OS is.

Are your products used?

Absolutely not, we do not sell used products of any kind. All of our products are guaranteed to be new-never been used or activated.

Can I get a discount if I'm going to buy more than one copy of product?

Sure, we offer special discount for more than one seats. The more you order, the bigger discount you get.

Will I be able to get technical support?

We offer free technical assistance on software download, installation and activation, but don't provide help on how to use the software. You may get free manual or tutorial on Google and YouTube.

Does your software come with the Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?

OEM version doesn't come with the COA.
